I am SO excited that I can already cross one of my 2014 resolutions off my list! No, I didn’t make it to California yet, but I did make vanilla chai cupcakes! Since I am not a baker, I thought it would be best not to attempt it alone. While my sister was still home from college for Christmas break, we found all of the necessary spices (there are a lot!) and got to work. I used this recipe and have to say, they turned out pretty good! They even got my grandma’s seal of approval! : ) I just need to practice my cake decorating/icing skills.
