So last night was #ScandalThursday (my favorite day of the week). I have been waiting for this day since December 12! Since popcorn seems to be a food group for Olivia, the main character, it was only fitting that I celebrate with a big bowl while watching. I used this recipe (I tweaked it a little bit) and loved it! I planned on trying a new popcorn recipe every Thursday night, but this one was so good I may have to repeat it.

4 cups popcorn
1/2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
3/4 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary
1/2 cup grated parmesan (freshly grated or canned)
Fresh coarsely ground black pepper
Salt to taste

In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil and chopped rosemary. Pop the popcorn and place in a large bowl. Sprinkle the hot popcorn with the grated parmesan and toss to combine. Next, drizzle the rosemary olive oil over the popcorn. Season generously to taste with fresh coarsely ground black pepper and, if desired, salt.
